How do I restore my subscription if I have paid using iTunes?

Make sure you are logged in to iTunes using the Apple ID you used to purchase your Funimation subscription.
Log in to your account on the Funimation App.
Go to Settings.
Tap on the link that says, “Restore Purchases.”
Wait about 30 seconds for a success message to appear. You should then see the name of your subscription plan appear next to “Your Plan” on the Settings screen.
