How do I restore my subscription if I have paid using iTunes?
- Make sure you are logged in to iTunes using the Apple ID you used to purchase your Funimation subscription.
- Log in to your account on the Funimation App.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap on the link that says, “Restore Purchases.”
- Wait about 30 seconds for a success message to appear. You should then see the name of your subscription plan appear next to “Your Plan” on the Settings screen.
