If you are getting an "Authentication failed" error after entering your email address and password, see below for possible causes:
- The connection from your Roku to your TV may be loose or dirty. Disconnect the HDMI cable from your TV and Roku, clean, reinsert, and launch the channel again.
- The authentication was timing out because of a server issue. Please try again.
- Your password is incorrect. Please make sure that your password is correct and try again. If you have a smart phone or tablet, download the Roku app and use the keyboard feature to enter your email and password into the Funimation Roku channel.
- Your password doesn’t meet site requirements. Try changing your password on the website. Go to funimation.com/log-in and log in to your user account using your email address and password. Once logged in, go to ""My Account"" and change your password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters, contain at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, one special character, and one number. After changing your password, try logging into the Funimation Roku channel again using your email and new password. Passwords are case sensitive. If you are still unable to log in, submit a support ticket with Funimation Support.
