When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located in your email. To track your order on funimation.com, visit "My Account" under "Wishlist/My Orders." Visit "My Order" and click the "Track My Order" link. You will need to sign in to access your account information.
If your order was purchased using guest checkout, please visit https://shop.funimation.com/orderstatus and enter your order information to track your order.
We are aware of an issue with Order History prior to 10/28/2020. If your order was made prior to 10/28/2020 and you do not see your order in Order History, please first check your confirmation e-mail for details about your order. If the confirmation e-mail does not answer your questions, please make a new support ticket and use the reason "Shop & Orders" and then "Status" and an agent will be happy to answer your question.
