You can choose a lower video resolution. Tap the menu icon, tap “Settings,” tap ""Video Quality,"" then choose the desired resolution setting.
You can also set the app to only stream in HD when you are connected to Wi-Fi. Tap the menu icon, tap “Settings,” then slide the toggle to green to turn on the setting “HD on WiFi Only.”
