Please send an email to funimationstore@funimation.com with your Order Number along with a description of the issue. Please allow 48 hours from when you send your email for a response from our Customer Service team. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to return the item.
Shipping undamaged product:
Shipping instructions will be emailed to you from our Customer Service team. Since the reason for the return is not the result of a Funimation error, the shipping cost plus additional fees will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your account.
