First, perform an internet connection test. It is very important that you test this through the PS4™ system, as this number can be substantially different from a speed test on another device on the same connection. You can find the test through the following path: "Settings" > "Network Settings" > "Internet Connection Test." You will need a download speed higher than 3.0 Mbps to stream videos through the Funimation App. If you have a higher speed than that and are still experiencing buffering, please submit a ticket with Funimation Support.
