We are aware of an issue with Order History prior to 10/28/2020. If your order was made prior to 10/28/2020 and you do not see your order in Order History, please first check your confirmation e-mail for details about your order. If the confirmation e-mail does not answer your questions, please make a new support ticket and use the reason "Shop & Orders" and then "Status" and an agent will be happy to answer your question
If your order was made on or after 10/28/2020, it should show up on your Order History page. You can see "How do I track my order?" for more information.
